We know that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes children may miss school due to illness or family obligations. That’s why we offer make-up days to ensure that your child doesn’t miss out on any valuable learning opportunities. As a preschool, we have children attending the centre for 3, 4 or 5 days a week, and we make sure that our teacher-to-student ratios are in line with EYFS requirements every day.
To comply with regulations, we allow a maximum of three make-up days per term, but if your child misses school for a valid reason, we’re happy to provide make-up days.
If a child misses school due to illness or family obligations such as a wedding, baptism, or death:
- You notify the school in advance (minimum 48H)
- You provide valid supporting evidence ( ex: medical report).
Please note that if you have already used the maximum of three make-up days for the current term, we will not be able to provide any refunds.
