Tailored Attention: Our Class Size & Ratios

At Umalas Kids Club, we exceed the minimum standards.

In line with the EYFS Statutory Framework, the required ratio for children under two is one adult for every three children. However, we believe babies deserve more focused care, especially during this critical stage of emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

That’s why our actual staff-to-baby ratio is most often 1:2, ensuring your child gets individualised attention, warmth, and support throughout the day.
